Opis

Job Description CSCI Consulting is looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on experience supporting iterative software development within Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments within a challenging and complex program. The ideal candidate will be skilled in backlog refinement, user-story development, iteration planning, and facilitating collaboration among Product Owners, functional subject matter experts, stakeholders, and development teams. Responsibilities Develop a strong understanding of mission and business objectives while maintaining a working knowledge of software development practices and technologies Serve as the focal point for capturing, analyzing, documenting, and managing functional requirements, non-functional requirements, and user stories Decompose features into clear, actionable user stories that can be implemented through short, iterative development cycles Lead backlog-refinement sessions to ensure work items are clearly defined, appropriately prioritized, and ready for implementation Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the product backlog and align requirements with business objectives and roadmap goals Partner with the Scrum Master to establish sprint backlogs, resolve impediments, and define the scope of work for each iteration Develop and maintain team and iteration backlogs, including user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and requirements traceability Work closely with Product Owners and functional subject matter e
