Role Description Pluribus Digital is looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack – Backend) with Ruby on Rails proficiency to join our delivery team. You will work within small cross-functional teams to build and maintain secure, modern cloud-based applications for Federal agencies. This role emphasizes back-end implementation and front-end user-facing functionality while contributing across the full stack and the entire product lifecycle. What You’ll Do Translate business goals into effective technical solutions using Ruby on Rails and modern web technologies Design and implement responsive, accessible, user-facing features Support the full product lifecycle: backlog refinement development testing documentation delivery Participate in pair programming, code reviews, retrospectives, and Agile ceremonies Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, researchers, architects, and engineers Work in a cloud-based Cont
