Responsibilities Build, customize, and maintain infrastructure toolchains. Lead operations automation and intelligent operations initiatives. Investigate technical challenges and resolve complex incidents. Ensure production systems remain secure, stable, and efficient. Provide 24/7 on-call support for production issues. Operate and maintain business systems on public cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure. Resolve system stability issues in production. Write operations documentation and runbooks. Develop operations strategies and standards. Handle cloud security alerts, compliance audits, and related security operations work. Deploy, release, and manage configuration changes for NVT software. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with at least five years of DevOps or system operations experience. Cloud certifications such as Alibaba Cloud ACP or AWS Certification are preferred. Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure operations.
