Our mission is to help surgical teams better understand, document, and improve surgical procedures by turning complex clinical data into structured, useful, and trustworthy insights. As we expand our platform, we are looking for an AI Engineer to help build, test, and improve the AI systems that power our product. About the Role We are looking for an Senior AI Engineer to help develop reliable, accurate, and production-ready AI capabilities for complex clinical workflows. In this role, you will work on AI system development, model integration, evaluation, testing, and production readiness. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to turn product requirements into AI capabilities that are useful, reliable, and scalable. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who wants to build practical AI systems in production, not just experiment with models in isolation. What You’ll Do Build, test, and improve AI systems that support Uncovr’s product. Work on AI workflows, model integration, evaluation, and production readiness.
