Accountabilities - Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Java 17 or later, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Angular. - Technical Design and Architecture: Contribute to the design and implementation of robust, scalable, maintainable, and sustainable software solutions. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, architecture, and quality assurance teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and client expectations. - Application Performance and Quality: Monitor and improve application performance, stability, reliability, maintainability, and overall code quality. - Engineering Best Practices: Apply and promote coding standards, software engineering principles, testing strategies, and sustainable development practices. - Database Development: Maintain and enhance data-layer components using SQL Server, including data manipulation and management. - AI-Enabled Development: Use artificial intelligence tools to support and optimize different stages of the software development lifecycle, improving efficiency and delivery quality. - Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues while considering their broader business and operational impact. - Version Control and Agile Delivery: Use Git to manage source code and collaborate effectively within teams following Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile practices. - Knowledge Sharing: Share technical expertise, contribute to team learning, and support the
