Lead Test Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Test Engineer to drive quality across complex, integrated enterprise systems. In this role, you will lead a cross-product coordination team, define and implement testing strategies, and ensure end-to-end quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle. You will work closely with engineering managers, solution architects, and multiple delivery teams to align testing efforts with business and technical goals.

Lead and motivate Cross Product Co-ordination team, set priorities, and make technical strategic decisions.

Support with resource planning for the initiatives.

Collaborate along with engineering manager in achieving the cross-product co-ordinator’s team goals.

Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to ensure test strategies align with architectural goals.

Implement KPI’s to understand and improve the effectiveness of testing.

Define, implement, and improve the way of working for test coordination.

Work with stakeholders to define and resolve the test environment, data needs, and dependencies.
