At Volvo Group Digital and IT you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will lead the digital product direction for Master Data solutions, with a primary focus on Customer Master Data. You will connect business needs with digital capabilities, align priorities across stakeholders, and drive outcomes across data quality, processes, and user experience.

You will own the product backlog, define roadmaps and success measures, and steer value-based decisions across development, delivery, and support in a global setup.

• Own and prioritize the digital product backlog for Master Data, from discovery to release and lifecycle improvements• Lead stakeholder alignment and discovery (workshops, interviews, process mapping) and translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria• Define and drive the product roadmap, including measurable outcomes and KPIs for data quality and process performance• Strengthen Master Data governan
