AI Engineer / Senior AI Engineer (Agentic AI, Python, RAG) Location: Poland Work model: 100% remote Contract: B2B Start date: ASAP / flexible Project duration: Long-term About the project We are looking for AI Engineers, Senior AI Engineers and experienced technical leaders to join international teams developing advanced Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients. The projects focus on building production-ready AI applications, multi-agent systems, advanced RAG solutions and internal AI platforms. The solutions support business processes, including applications in areas such as tax and compliance. You will have the opportunity to work with modern AI technologies, contribute to architectural decisions and develop scalable solutions in collaboration with experienced engineers, architects and international stakeholders. Responsibilities Design, develop and deploy applications powered by LLMs and Agentic AI. Build multi-agent systems and AI-driven workflows. Develop, implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. Integrate AI components with external tools, APIs and business systems. Contribute to AI platforms and reusable components used across multiple teams. Ensure the quality, scalability, performance and reliability of production AI solutions. Collaborate with architects, Data Engineers and business stakeholders. For senior and lead-level positions, contribute to technical architecture and guide engineering decisions. Requirements S
