IBPE Sr. Manager - Scenario Planning & Automation

Job Summary The Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning & Execution (IBPE) serves as the Supply Chain Control Tower for the organization, responsible for proactively identifying, quantifying, and resolving supply chain risks and inefficiencies across inventory, procurement, manufacturing, and planning execution. This role bridges supply chain operations, analytics, data engineering, automation, and business execution to ensure critical supply chain decisions are supported by accurate data, advanced modeling, and actionable insights. Leveraging deep expertise in Supply Chain Management, SAP Production Planning, Python, SQL, process automation, and advanced simulation techniques, the Senior Manager will drive measurable improvements in inventory performance, working capital utilization, material availability, production readiness, and operational efficiency.

Unlike traditional planning roles, this position is accountable not only for identifying issues and opportunities but also for driving cross-functional execution through closure. The successful candidate will lead the resolution of supply chain risks, oversee implementation of corrective actions, and ensure benefits are realized through sustained operational improvements. This role requires a unique combination of technical expertise, supply chain knowledge, business acumen, and leadership influence to transform data-driven insights into tangible business results.
