Opis

Job Responsibilities Take ownership of the user experience and interface design process across digital products, covering discovery, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design. Translate customer insights, commercial objectives, and operational requirements into intuitive and engaging digital experiences. Produce high-quality interface designs for web and mobile platforms, ensuring usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and consistency throughout the user journey. Contribute to the development and governance of shared design standards, reusable UI patterns, and scalable design frameworks. Partner with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to define solutions that align with customer expectations and organizational priorities. Present design concepts effectively, articulate decision-making rationale, and address feedback with practical recommendations. Utilize research findings, customer feedback, and performance data to identify enhancement opportunities and improve user outcomes. Prepare detailed design documentation and work closely with development teams to ensure successful execution of approved designs. Explore innovative ways to incorporate AI-enabled tools into ideation, content creation, prototyping, and workflow optimization. Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, UI Design, or a related discipline.
