We're searching for an IT Controls Specialist to support the Office of the CIO core governance activities, including IT Governance Controls (ITGC), internal and external IT Audits and ITIL Processes. In addition to supporting core IT processes, the IT Controls Specialist will Project Manage initiatives to improve, remediate and establish IT processes and other governance-focused initiatives. What You'll Be Doing: IT Governance and Controls Run the IT Governance Control (ITGC) program, coordinating monthly and quarterly ITGC tests.

Consolidate and report on ITGC results. Conduct Root Cause Analysis on deviations and work with IT leaders to design appropriate remediation approaches Coordinate and project manage the implementation of remediation approaches and test effectiveness. Support internal and external audits IT Value Processes Work with IT Leaders to develop IT Key Performance Indicators and measures of IT Value and associated targets.
