Opis

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will work collaboratively within a Scrum environment to ensure the quality and reliability of our SaaS solutions. You will contribute directly to the assessment of test objectives and the creation of test plans, use a variety of exploratory and automated testing techniques and tools, capture and leverage test and quality metrics, and execute test plans to validate pre-production software. Driven by the goal of preventing issues from reaching production, you will directly contribute to customer success and help drive TradeCentric’s next phase of growth. Reports to: Quality Assurance Engineering Manager Hours: ET timezone Location: Candidate must be located in Mexico Advanced English, both written and spoken Requirements What You’ll Do Collaborate with internal teams to identify system requirements and the goals of planned solutions Provide feedback on and contribute to acceptance criteria for user stories Create comprehensive test plans and test cases for both initial and regression testing Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using various tools Identify and thoroughly document bugs and issues Perform revalidation and regression testing when bugs are resolved Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect density and open defect counts Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies Who You Are A great teammate: confident and passionate, yet humble and emp
