Let the right career opportunity find you and join us!    Your Responsibilities  Establish the enterprise business architecture vision, strategy, and frameworks to ensure standardization, harmonization, and simplification;Define and manage core enterprise architecture artifacts (Enterprise Meta Model, business capability maps, as-is/target landscapes);Align strategic architecture roadmaps with business and IT leadership to support transformation and innovation;Lead architecture governance to control complexity, manage risks, and ensure solution interoperability.  Required key competencies and qualifications:  Deep expertise (5+ years minimum) in business capability modeling, enterprise meta models, and cross-domain business processes (ideally in wholesale and or B2C groceries);Proven track record in leading organization-wide transformation initiatives and d
