Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join a newly established EPAM team taking over an existing Salesforce Marketing Cloud engagement from the client's current service provider. The team will be responsible for implementing and supporting marketing campaigns for the US market, with activities spanning development, customization, integrations, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement. Operating as an AI-native delivery team, we leverage AI tools and AI-enabled SDLC practices across development, testing, documentation, and other delivery activities.

The Developer will work closely with the SFMC team, client stakeholders, and UX/QA resources provided by the external vendor.
