ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team supporting the Los Alamos National Laboratory! This position is full-time and will be based out of Los Alamos, New Mexico with hybrid flexibility This role is anticipated to be short-term (~6 months) with the possibility of extension. This role operates under the guidance of the Program Manager and serves as the primary coordination point between supply chain, manufacturing, functional teams, program leadership, and vendors to ensure project outcomes are achieved within scope, schedule, and budget. This is a hands-on delivery role suited for a motivated project management professional who brings strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively across business and IT teams. We are looking for a solid project manager who can ramp up quickly and deliver results. Responsibilities Manage and ensure the timely completion of multi-discipline supply chain and manufacturing projects of low to moderate complexity and scope. Provide leadership throughout the full project lifecycle using appropriate project management methodologies and tools. Oversee project teams in planning, tracking, and execution; facilitate transfer of operations and maintenance activities at project completion. Develop and maintain project charters, project management plans (PMPs), schedules, and other technical documentation to a professional standard.
