IQVIA is seeking a Business Process Analyst , in this role you will develop the skills necessary to complete the evaluation and validation of data, calculate rebates, and quantify your findings. You will also build and enhance your interpersonal skills that are necessary to build effective business relationships with your clients. Those skills are pertinent because as an analyst, you will be responsible for multiple accounts and processes and be responsible for the quality and efficiency of complex tasks. Responsibilities Analyze data to identify trends and understand the financial terms of contracts . Review and analyze contracts and related documentation , perform data quality assurance checks , and communicate effectively with customers both verbally and in writing . Research and resolve chargeback claims and ensure accurate, appropriate responses to disputes. Validate data from internal and third-party systems to ensure the appropriate course of action is being pursued. Track work through completion, managing priorities, and meeting established deadlines . Provide ongoing support to team members and contribute to team objectives.
