s a Lead DevOps Engineer reporting to the AVP – Systems and Network Administration, you'll play a critical role in building and operating intelligent automation platforms, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks that support mission-critical systems, engineering workflows, and operational tooling across Nasdaq. You'll thrive in this position if you're highly technical, curious, collaborative, and excited about evolving beyond traditional infrastructure automation into agentic systems, autonomous workflows, and AI-assisted operations. You'll join a fast-paced, project-oriented team focused on reliability at scale while helping shape the future of AI-driven operations. Key Responsibilities Design, build, operate, and continuously improve AI agents that automate operational, engineering, and support workflows. Develop agent orchestration frameworks using large language models (LLMs), tool integrations, structured workflows, and workflow-based automation patterns. Build and maintain automation pipelines that combine AI reasoning and decision-making with deterministic systems, controls, and operational processes. Implement Python-based services supporting AI agent execution, control, and integration with internal platforms including APIs, ITSM systems, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools. Design and evolve CI/CD pipelines for AI-enabled services and automation platforms. Serve as an escalation point for complex AI and automation issues while identifying opportunities to impro
