Mission: Lead the technical development of JobNimbus’s Android platform while pioneering cutting-edge, mobile-first AI features like our AI Photo Reports. Partnering across mobile and platform engineering, you will write clean, scalable Kotlin code and build end-to-end backend services and APIs that empower contractors in the field with instant, automated reporting. What You'll Be Doing: Architect, build, and maintain production features in our multi-module Android codebase using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Drive the end-to-end delivery of mobile-first AI capabilities, transforming job site photos into structured, automated reports. Collaborate across the full stack by designing, building, and maintaining backend microservices and APIs (cloud/AWS, .NET/C#) to power mobile AI features. Implement reactive, robust data flows using Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, Room local persistence, and custom networking layers. Champion clean architecture (MVVM/MVI) and dependency injection across feature modules to maintain high testability and separation of concerns. Write comprehensive test suites (unit tests, Compos
