Opis

The SAP MDG Solution Design & Implementation Lead is responsible for the Design and Implementation of innovative, cost efficient and customer-centric solutions in the SAP MDG domain, which align with the new Digital operating model of Omya. The SAP MDG Solution Design & Implementation Lead works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet the business needs and strategic objectives of Omya KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Applications: Lead the design and implementation of SAP MDG solutions aligned with Omya’s Digital Operating Model, best practices, and business objectives. Manage the full solution lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, fostering innovation and driving continuous improvement. Identify and mitigate risks, monitor solution performance, and promote lessons learned and optimization opportunities. Service Management: Maintain up-to-date project and service documentation, including technical specifications, training materials, and process documentation. Manage service roadmaps, releases, updates, and enhancement requests in alignment with business and IT priorities. Coordinate change implementation, service reviews, and stakeholder communications to ensure service excellence. Oversee outsourced activities and vendor relationships within the SAP MDG ecosystem.
