The Senior Staff DSP Engineer serves as a senior technical leader responsible for defining and advancing Digital Signal Processing (DSP) solutions across complex programs and technical initiatives. This position provides strategic technical direction, leads the resolution of highly complex engineering challenges, and helps establish DSP methodologies, architectures, and best practices across the organization.The candidate will have expert-level knowledge of Digital Signal Processing concepts, including RF communications, synchronization, and high-speed ADC and DAC systems, with demonstrated experience translating advanced DSP concepts into practical hardware solutions.The candidate will have extensive experience developing and implementing DSP algorithms in hardware, including:Algorithm prototyping and analysis using MATLAB or similar tools.Determining precision, dynamic range, performance, and implementation tradeoffs.Algorithm validation using hardware co-simulation, C/C++ bit-true modeling, or similar techniques.FPGA and/or ASIC implementation using Verilog, VHDL, or comparable hardware description languages.Evaluating system architectures and conducting complex technical trade studies.Identifying and introducing advanced DSP technologies, methodologies, and design approaches.The Sen
