Briefly Describe the Work: GITI is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee the overarching delivery strategy, cross-team coordination, and end-to-end value stream across multiple teams and projects supporting a General Services Administration (GSA) contract.
A successful candidate will manage complex dependencies, resolve multi-program resource contention, and orchestrate the overall release management strategy. Rather than managing daily sprints, the Delivery Manager acts as the strategic liaison for senior stakeholders, ensuring that integrated products are delivered securely, on time, and aligned with enterprise objectives.
