We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst (NetSuite) to be the hands-on administrator of our NetSuite environment and a key member of the core IT team supporting business systems at Element Biosciences. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment and is passionate about aligning system functionality with the needs of the business. In this role you will build, configure, troubleshoot, and improve NetSuite, working directly with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and other stakeholders to turn business needs into well-defined requirements and working solutions. You will deliver primarily through hands-on work, partnering with our offshore NetSuite developers and third-party consultants, and you will help drive AI adoption across our business systems. While your primary focus will be NetSuite, you will also support projects spanning our CRM (Salesforce), integration, data, and analytics platforms, as well as our PLM and MES systems.
