We’re seeking a seasoned Sr Creative Technologist, with sharp, proven design and creative instincts for what makes a game fun. Someone who can turn ideas into prototyped experiences, holding a clear point of view on visual style, voice and tone, sound, and overall execution. The ideal candidate is someone who treats generative AI as an instrument for creative exploration, not a shortcut - in service of finding the ideas that are genuinely good. About the Role Generative AI is opening up new creative possibilities for games, and the craft that matters most is knowing which of those possibilities are genuinely good, and shaping the promising ones into something that's truly fun to play. As Sr Creative Technologist, Games GenAI, you'll use GenAI tools to explore game concepts, levels, and moments — then bring that same creative direction to life across visual style, voice/tone, sound, and overall execution so what emerges feels intentional and true to the vision.
