FULL-STACK DEVELOPER — C#/.NET + ReactJS BGC, Taguig | 100% Onsite | Full-Time We're not looking for developers who simply know how to code. We're looking for engineers who know how to figure out what needs to be built, why it matters, and how to make it work. You can have 5, 10, or 15 years of experience with C#, .NET, React, and SQL. That's great. But experience alone won't qualify you for this role. What matters is what you can independently do with it. WHAT WE'RE BUILDING EviSmart is building a dental Autopilot platform operating across 28 countries, supporting thousands of dental labs and dentists worldwide. Our Manila engineering team builds and ships the systems that make this possible, including the application layer supporting our in-house AI development. These are real products, serving real customers, with real operational consequences when something doesn't work. We're hiring engineers who can take responsibility for that. WHAT WE ACTUALLY EXPECT YOU TO DO 1. Figure out the problem before writing code. You won't always receive perfectly documented requirements or detailed instructions. You need to be comfortable talking to stakeholders, understanding how the business works, identifying what's actually broken, and translating that into a technical solution. That means doing business analysis when necessary. Not because you're replacing a Business Analyst, but because you cannot build the right solution if you don't understand the problem. 2.
