Opis

You will drive core application development initiatives as an Analyst Programmer for a major statutory body, contributing to robust enterprise solutions and modernizing technical architectures. Your technical expertise will directly enhance internal digital platforms, streamline operational efficiency, and support vital public-sector infrastructure. Responsibilities Collaborate with IT division managers on application development tasks Maintain development standards across Java EE, Oracle, and modern web frameworks Implement retrieval-augmented generation and REST web services Ensure compliance with SDLC methodologies and internal security policies Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary team members and stakeholders Deliver high-quality solutions within scheduled project timelines Requirement Possess a recognized degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent At least 2 years of solid IT application development experience Bring hands-on proficiency in IBM WebSphere, MyEclipse, Java EE, and REST web services Showcase technical capability in Oracle 19C with PL/SQL, Spring framework, and Hibernate Exhibit familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation, ReactJS, and responsive web design Communicate fluently in written and spoken English and Chinese
