Job Description Customer Insight & Product Planning. Conduct market research and customer insight: build customer personas, map customer journeys, and identify genuine pain points across retail banking, wealth management, and corporate banking scenarios; define the product roadmap and iteration plan, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements; prepare business cases and drive prioritisation decisions with data. End-to-end Business Process Design. Take end-to-end ownership of the customer-facing products under your remit, covering every stage of the customer lifecycle from onboarding, through usage, to exit — defining inputs and outputs, status flows, and exception handling at each step to ensure a seamless and traceable customer journey; perform four-layer design for each step — business process + system interaction + data flow + business logic — ensuring a consistent customer experience across channels and systems. Requirement Documentation & Bridging Business and Technology. Independently author BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; act as a two-way translator between business and technology — aligning objectives in business language and decomposing solutions in technical language — and serve as the single point of truth for requirements, managing changes accordingly; visualise requirements with prototyping and diagramming tools (Axure / Figma / Visio, etc.) to eliminate misalignment.
