Opis

Job Purpose The JEDI Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting building operation data from Building Management Systems (BMS), IoT devices, energy meters, HVAC systems, and tenant engagement platforms. The role supports JEDI's AI-powered Smart Building platform by delivering actionable insights that improve energy efficiency, tenant comfort, equipment reliability, and ESG performance. Key Responsibilities Data Collection & Integration Extract and consolidate data from BMS, HVAC, chiller plants, energy meters, sensors, and IoT devices. Validate data quality, identify missing data, and ensure data integrity. Support integration of building operational data into the JEDI platform. Manage large-scale datasets from multiple building portfolios. Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze energy consumption, cooling load, equipment performance, and operational trends. Identify energy-saving opportunities through data-driven analysis. Perform baseline analysis and measurement & verification (M&V) of energy-saving initiatives. Generate dashboards and reports for clients and internal stakeholders. Prepare KPI reports including: Energy Use Intensity (EUI) Chiller Plant COP Carbon Emission Reduction Energy Savings Equipment Performance Metrics Tenant Comfort Indicators AI & Predictive Analytics Support Support AI model development and validation using building operational data.
