Opis

The Role: An AI System Analyst operates at the intersection of IT infrastructure, systems engineering, and AI Operations (AIOps). In this role, you will empower clients to effectively leverage our High-Performance Computing (HPC) solutions for their AI workloads. Unlike traditional enterprise IT roles, this position focuses directly on specialized hardware (GPU clusters), model execution runtimes, and deployment pipeline troubleshooting to keep production AI workload and LLM services running reliably. Key Responsibilities Job & Cluster Management: Support clients in deploying, running, and scaling AI workloads across HPC clusters using Slurm and Kubernetes. Client Support for Model Lifecycle: Delivers prompt technical support to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize containerized AI microservices (Docker, Kubernetes, vLLM). Assist clients with fine-tuning, training, and serving open-weight and enterprise models (e.g., Qwen, DeepSeek, Llama series). Hardware & Network Operations: Monitor and maintain GPU/NPU compute clusters (e.g., NVIDIA H100/H800) and high-speed interconnects (NVLink, InfiniBand, RoCE). Performance Optimization: Provide technical guidance to optimize client AI workflows for throughput, memory efficiency, and overall performance. Client Engagement: Participate in technical discussions and client meetings to deliver prompt, actionable solutions.
