As a Senior Engineer , you’ll take the lead in designing and building the bank’s core data systems – everything from ingestion and processing to storage and sharing. Your work will shape scalable, high‑performance data architectures and robust ETL/ELT pipelines that keep information flowing reliably across the organization. You’ll collaborate closely with analysts, engineers, and business teams to deliver high‑quality, secure, and well‑monitored data solutions that support critical banking processes. Operating in a cross‑functional Agile environment, you’ll drive technical improvements, solve complex challenges, and play a key role in advancing the bank’s data capabilities across the Pan‑Baltic region.
