It ensures every uploaded file is scanned and sanitized by Meta

Defender Core (via ICAP) before reaching the application; no WAF config changes needed. This solves the gap left by WAFs that don't support ICAP, or can't handle CDR-sanitized data. What You Will Be Doing Design, build, and test SFG in C++ or Rust (Windows/Linux) as the transparent proxy between WAF and backend.

Implement the core flow: intercept uploads → forward to Meta

Defender Core over ICAP → return sanitized files, with low latency and high reliability. Build multi-threaded, high-concurrency networking components. Build and use agentic workflows (e.g., Claude Code, autonomous coding agents) daily for coding, testing, and debugging.
