Responsibilities
1. Production Support & Operational Excellence (L2) Provide robust L2 production support for mission-critical enterprise applications, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and operational standards. Monitor application health, system performance, and infrastructure stability using enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., OMI, ElasticSearch, Kibana, Monitoring-as-Code).
Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) for complex operational incidents and implement permanent corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Support enterprise file transfers (CFT), batch job schedulers (BMC Control-M, Autosys, TWS), and messaging queues (IBM WebSphere MQ). Maintain comprehensive runbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and operational knowledge bases.
Participate in change management, release planning, and incident response, including after-hours/on-call rotational support during critical outages or scheduled maintenance. 2. DevOps, CI/CD & Deployment Automation Manage and optimize CI/CD automation pipelines using Jenkins , Maven , Git , and Cucumber to ensure seamless application releases.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Terraform scripts for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) provisioning and cloud resource lifecycle management. Write, refine, and execute Ansible Playbooks for configuration management, automated patch deployment, server provisioning, and routine operational task automation.
