IT Architect role at Sollers: As an IT Architect at Sollers Consulting, you will be responsible for shaping the technical direction of projects and designing solutions that meet both business and technical requirements. You will work closely with customers, project teams, and Sollers experts to define architectures, make key technical decisions, and ensure successful delivery of complex IT solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with consulting skills – you will not only design architectures but also guide teams, challenge solutions, and support customers in making the right technology decisions. About the role. You will: Design and evolve software architectures , including defining AS-IS and TO-BE solutions based on business requirements and technical constraints. Take ownership of project architecture, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with customer goals. Create architectural documentation, diagrams, technical recommendations, and solution designs. Make architectural decisions and provide guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to sales activities by supporting discovery workshops, preparing technical proposals, and helping customers understand possible solutions. Define technical standards and best practices, ensuring they are understood and followed by project teams.
