Role Overview We're hiring a Staff Software Engineer in Bangalore to set the technical direction for the core platform behind AiPrise's compliance orchestration and AI agent systems. This is our most senior individual-contributor role. You will own the architecture of a major part of the platform, lead the hardest multi-quarter technical initiatives across teams, and raise the engineering bar for a team that is growing fast.

You'll work directly with the head of engineering, engineering managers, product managers, FDEs, etc. to turn customer and regulatory needs into technical strategy, and then ship it. We process verification requests for financial institutions in a regulated environment, so reliability, security, and data integrity are not afterthoughts.
