BIDS Trading operates one of the world's largest equity block trading systems, with venues across the U.S., Europe, and Canada, and its flagship workstation, BIDS Trader, delivers block trading opportunities to hundreds of the world's largest asset managers. As Lead Engineer, Quality Assurance, you will own quality across the full BIDS platform: the BIDS Trader workstation, the core matching engine and the back-end services behind it, and the FIX connectivity that links us to clients and venues. You will work alongside developers, product managers and business stakeholders in New York and Calgary to raise test coverage, sharpen our automation and give the team confidence to release quickly. This is a hands-on individual contributor role on a team that is measured on the reliability of systems our clients trade through every day. Responsibilities Validate FIX connectivity and client onboarding flows, testing order entry, execution reports and drop-copy behavior against client and venue specifications. Define the test approach for new features, working with development and product from requirements through to release.
