Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at Collinson , you'll help define the future of digital experiences across Priority Pass and our wider loyalty and travel ecosystem. Y ou will work alongside other Priority Pass+ squad designers to shape and deliver beautifully crafted, user-centred journeys within the Priority Pass+ mobile app. From discovery through to delivery, you will help create a world-class customer experience that meets user needs and supports business goals In addition to driving end-to-end feature design a nd helping deliver our product roadmap , you will contribute to the development, adoption and evolution of our design system, helping ensure consistency, accessibility, and cross-platform usability.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams - product, tech, data, comms and research - and be comfortable influencing at both team and senior stakeholder level. This is a hands-on role where design craft meets systems thinking, and where you’ll play a key part in creating seamless experiences for millions of global travellers.

Lead customer-centric product design from early research through high-fidelity execution and design testing. Apply design thinking and UX research to uncover insights, validate decisions, and improve the quality of customer experience. Champion a collaborative and iterative approach , working closely with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and researchers.
