Job Title: Engineering Manager Department, Level: GenAI studios, X31 Location: Onsite, Bangalore Work Type: Full time Job Summary: As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the engineering team tasked with the development of an AI-native product designed for professional creators. The product's objective is to empower professional creators to direct and produce high-quality, production-grade, AI-generated content, with a particular emphasis on automated evaluations and validations. About the team At JioHotstar, the GenAI studios is an AI native, agile & fast-moving team focused on turning bold ideas into impactful products. From rapid prototyping of new concepts to building scalable platforms that power future growth, we thrive on experimentation and innovation. Our platform highlights creators and their narratives by giving them AI-powered systems using advanced machine learning and multimedia pipelines. As part of this team, you’ll work at the intersection of creativity and technology — building end-to-end experiences, experimenting with emerging tech, and shaping the future of entertainment content.
