You will coordinate all phases of project execution, from conceptual design through turnkey contract handover, utilizing your expertise in civil, mechanical, and architectural disciplines. Your role demands proactive risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement to exceed client expectations. You will act as the primary liaison between engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and senior management, driving operational excellence across complex, multi‑disciplinary projects. Requirements 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 • Own the full project lifecycle for turnkey construction projects, from initiation to closeout. • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. • Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring alignment with design intent and technical specifications. • Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiations to secure optimal value and performance. • Implement robust quality control and safety programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards. • Monitor project progress, conduct variance analysis, and
