Opis

Accountabilities - You will take ownership of customer-facing technical initiatives while ensuring that the solutions developed contribute to the long-term strength of the core platform. Your responsibilities will include: Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features for the core SaaS platform, prioritizing reusable capabilities over customer-specific solutions. - Work across the full technology stack, from database query optimization and API development to building intuitive user interfaces. - Design and deliver production-ready integrations and workflows that address complex customer requirements. - Lead technical workshops with customer stakeholders to understand business needs and define future-state architecture and solutions. - Write high-quality, type-safe, maintainable code using TypeScript and modern React and Next.js development patterns. - Identify recurring customer challenges and translate them into scalable product features in collaboration with product and engineering teams. - Prevent unnecessary customization by recognizing common requirements and incorporating them into the platform's core technical direction. - Contribute to continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), testing, and performance monitoring to maintain reliable and stable releases. - Take end-to-end ownership of deployments, proactively identifying technical bottlenecks and resolving issues. - Collaborate with customers as a technical partner while remaining accountable fo
