Senior Software QA (Manual Testing) Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Software Quality Engineer with 6-10 years of manual testing experience to ensure high-quality product releases through requirement analysis, test execution, database validation, and production issue investigation. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about leveraging AI to improve quality engineering outcomes. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end testing for assigned features and releases. Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to identify gaps, risks, and test scenarios. Utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance requirement analysis, test design, test data preparation, and coverage. Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test cases. Validate backend data and business logic using PostgreSQL/MySQL queries. Investigate and resolve client-reported issues in collaboration with support and development teams. Track defects through resolution, retesting, and regression testing. Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline test documentation, reporting, and QA knowledge management. Promote an AI-First Quality Engineering approach by improving QA processes through intelligent testing practices and automation. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. 6-10 years of Software QA experience with strong manual testing expertise.
