Job Description: The Opportunity Epiq is looking for a technical leader who is equally comfortable leading people and getting into the details of SQL . As a Senior Solutions Architect Manager, you’ll lead managers and technical professionals responsible for complex, data-intensive solutions while remaining close enough to the technology to review T-SQL, troubleshoot performance issues, guide technical decisions, and contribute hands-on when needed. This is not a pure people-management position . We’re looking for an established technical manager with recent T-SQL experience who can provide credible technical leadership while managing people, projects, priorities, and stakeholder relationships. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and develop managers and technical professionals responsible for complex data-driven solutions.
