Responsibilities
1. Business & Feature Ownership Own features aligned with NCBD business objectives (e.g., customer journeys, platform capabilities, regulatory needs). Translate business requirements into clear, actionable feature scope and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize features and backlog items based on value, risk, dependencies, and capacity. 2. Backlog & Agile Delivery Maintain and refine the feature backlog in Azure DevOps.
Work closely with squads (Journey, Enabler, Cloud Platform, DevOps, Network, and Security) during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure stories are ready for development (clear DoD, NFRs, and dependencies). 3.
Technical Collaboration Collaborate with Cloud Platform, DevOps, and Engineering teams on: Architecture alignment (AKS, Azure services, networking, Key Vault, Redis, etc.) CI/CD readiness, IaC, and environment promotion (DEV → SIT → UAT → NFT/PROD). Understand high-level technical constraints without acting as the developer. 4.
Quality, Security & Compliance Ensure features comply with: Bank security standards Regulatory and audit requirements Non-functional requirements (performance, availability, DR, observability) Support security reviews, penetration testing, and control evidence when required. 5. Stakeholder Management Act as the single point of contact for the feature.
Align expectations between: Business stakeholders Program Architecture Development & QA teams Communicate status, risks, impacts, and decisions clearly.
