Your Role We're looking for a VP, Embedded Finance to own Re-Leased's embedded finance portfolio globally, reporting directly to the President. You'll set our global strategy, adapt it to the rails and economics of each market, and deliver it through a team of program managers and close partnership with the business.

This role is about results through influence. You set the direction, the priorities and the targets; leaders across Expansion, Onboarding, Sales, Product and Customer bring the teams and capacity to execute. Much of what moves your numbers sits in teams you don't manage, so you'll lead through credibility, clarity and commercial judgement rather than the org chart.
