Location: KMC - BGC Work Setup: On-Site Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 12:00midnight - 9:00am Employment Type: Full-Time The Senior Business Analyst is assigned to a department with a strong focus on performance management. This role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving team and department performance through data-driven insights, conducting operational studies, and designing strategies that drive measurable gains in productivity, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong operations leadership experience with analytical rigor, process improvement expertise, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
Key
Team Leadership & People Management Lead, coach, and track the performance of the team, aligning data requirements for tracking performance, setting clear performance expectations and accountability across the team members. Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to close performance gaps together with the Operation’s Coordinator. Build a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the team by providing data insights and working with the Operation’s Coordinator to identify business context.
