The Manager, IT – Digital Workplace Services is responsible for the day-to-day management, support, and continuous improvement of Digital Workplace technologies and services. This role leads managed service partners and internal resources supporting Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, endpoint management, workstation lifecycle services, and workplace productivity technologies. The Manager ensures secure, reliable, and efficient delivery of Digital Workplace services while partnering with Infrastructure Operations, Information Security, Service Desk, and business stakeholders to support employee productivity and operational objectives.

This role is accountable for service delivery, operational performance, vendor management, technology implementation, and continuous improvement within the Active Directory and End User Computing environments. You Will Have the Opportunity to Make Great Things Happen! Digital Workplace Operations Manage daily operations for Digital Workplace services including endpoint management, workstation standards, collaboration technologies, and identity services.
