In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of business-critical applications while supporting a fast-paced production environment.You will play a key role in incident management, service monitoring, release coordination, and operational support, working closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver a reliable and high-quality service. The position includes participation in a 24/7 support model, including shift rotations and on-call responsibilities, while also contributing to automation, continuous improvement, and disaster recovery initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L1/L2 production support for Wealth Management applications and services.Monitor application health, performance, and availability using observability and monitoring tools.Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to improve syste
