Product Manager (Banking, Wealth Management, Central)

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to support the end-to-end lifecycle of Wealth Lending products, including product enhancements, implementation, launch readiness, and ongoing product management. Contract: 12 Months Location: Central Salary up to $7000 Key

Manage product development and deployment activities from opportunity identification, discovery, planning, execution, launch, and post-launch performance monitoring. Coordinate across Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Channels, and other stakeholders to ensure successful and timely delivery. Lead and influence cross-functional teams, managing multiple stakeholders across product, business, technical, operational, regulatory, and compliance functions.

Identify and drive improvements in customer experience, product awareness, sales performance, and operational efficiency. Partner with key stakeholders to refine customer journeys and deliver new capabilities. Support issue resolution, product enhancements, and ongoing product optimization.

Analyze business challenges, investigate root causes, and develop practical solutions to drive product success.

Proven experience in product management, product development, or product delivery within Banking or Financial Services, preferably Wealth Management or Lending. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across business units and senior stakeholders. Hands-on experience
