Introduction Join our Digital & AI team as an Engineer, Digital & AI Solutions, where you will design, develop, and deliver innovative AI-driven solutions that create business value. You will work with cross-functional teams to build scalable digital products, leverage emerging technologies, and drive continuous innovation across the organization.
You'll design, develop, and deploy digital and AI solutions, including AI/ML systems, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP applications, computer vision systems, predictive analytics, and advanced machine learning models. You'll provide technical leadership to developers, data scientists, and engineers, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timeline requirements. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify innovation opportunities, and translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
You'll establish and maintain best practices for software development, quality assurance, security, scalability, and reliability, utilizing technologies such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, transfer learning, LLMs, and AWS Bedrock. You'll drive continuous improvement by monitoring solution performance, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and providing technical guidance and thought leadership across the organization.
