Senior Salesforce UI/UX Designer

Architect and deliver end-to-end UI/UX designs for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Lightning platform solutions. Produce user journeys, information architectures, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma. Translate intricate financial services business logic and multi-step operational flows into clean, frictionless user interfaces.

Enforce and extend design patterns aligned with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS). Facilitate UX discovery workshops, design critiques, stakeholder alignment sessions, and usability validation testing. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Functional Consultants, Architects, and LWC Developers to evaluate technical feasibility and guide implementation.

Ensure all interface components comply with accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive design guidelines, and enterprise branding rules. Deliver complete design specifications and assets to engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect deployment in Lightning Experience. Skills: 8–12 years of proven professional experience in UI/UX design, product design, or systems design for enterprise web platforms.
