Your Role:
As an AI & Automation Engineer , you will:
- Build enterprise-grade AI agents and end-to-end automations using Windmill, n8n, Claude Enterprise, and custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.
- Integrate agents and workflows across core business platforms (Slack, Zendesk, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Monday.com, and Snowflake) using robust APIs, webhooks, and secure tools.
- Design sophisticated prompts, agent retrieval systems, and human-in-the-loop validation checkpoints over internal knowledge bases and curated Snowflake Gold-layer datasets.
- Execute structured evaluation frameworks and automated test suites to measure agent acc
