We are looking for a Home-Based Ecommerce Specialist to join a well-established U.S.-based home and garden retail company. In this role, you will build, maintain, and improve online stores so customers enjoy a smooth, accurate, and visually appealing shopping experience. You will keep products, pricing, and graphics up to date, handle website update requests, coordinate with integrated partners and suppliers, and support e-commerce projects from setup through launch and ongoing maintenance.
REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES
- Organizational & Time Management – Effectively manages multiple web store builds, update requests, and project timelines while meeting service-level agreements.
- Attention to Detail – Maintains a high level of accuracy in product listings, pricing, graphics, and checkout functionality.
- Communication Skills – Communicates clearly and professionally with clients, suppliers, integrated partners, and internal teams.
- Problem Solving & Analysis – Identifies website errors, inconsistencies, and user-experience issues and resolves them efficiently.
- E-commerce & Technical Knowledge – Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, web store management, and online shopping best practices.
